Service
SRM Studios produces a finished cinematic property-marketing film from photography and facts supplied by the client. Production is remote. The service is not an on-site shoot, a 3D tour, virtual staging, or access to AI software.
Client responsibilities
The client must supply an approved gallery they have rights to use, accurate property facts, and any logo or end-card artwork to include. Work does not begin until payment and required assets are received. Source photography remains authoritative. We will not invent rooms, amenities, views, furniture, or architecture that the photos do not show.
Deliverables, formats, and revisions
The quote defines the film length, formats, any music or sound, branding, revision process, and number of properties. Options depend on the source material and intended placements. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate quote.
Timelines
Turnaround is confirmed in your quote after we receive payment and the complete approved gallery.
Intellectual property
The client retains rights in materials they supply. Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the finished film for marketing the photographed property. SRM Studios may show the work as a studio sample only with the client’s permission.
Creative review and outcomes
Films receive human direction and property-fidelity review. We do not guarantee bookings, occupancy, revenue, rankings, or any business result.
Payment, cancellation, and disputes
Fees are set in the quote. Production starts after payment. Cancellation and refund handling is described on the Refunds page. Governing law and operator identity will be added when legal details are confirmed.
