Digital Delivery Policy
No physical goods are shipped. Films are delivered as digital files.
What is delivered
The quote specifies the film length, file formats, and any agreed branding treatment. Landscape is the standard direction; alternate crops or cutdowns are included only when explicitly scoped and feasible for the source photography.
How files are sent
Finished files are sent by a private download link or email, confirmed in the quote. We do not post hard drives or USBs.
When the clock starts
Turnaround is confirmed in your quote after we receive payment and the complete approved gallery. Missing photos, unclear usage rights, or unapproved galleries pause the clock.
Broken links and missing files
If a download link fails, contact us with the order details and we will issue a replacement link. Retention of files after delivery will be stated in the quote once an operational period is confirmed. This page does not invent a retention period.
