Draft for owner review
Privacy Policy
This draft describes what the current website is designed to collect. Update it before launch if you add analytics, hosting processors, or a form backend.
What we collect
If you send an enquiry, we receive the name, work email, company details, listing URL, optional property count, desired film length, and message you choose to share. Do not send information you do not want us to hold.
How it is used
Enquiry details are used to review fit, quote, produce, and deliver films, and to reply to you. We do not sell personal information.
Processors
This site is a static Next.js front end. The enquiry form currently opens your email client (mailto) rather than posting to a server. Hosting, DNS, and any future email or analytics providers will process data as needed to run the site. This policy must name those providers once they are chosen. We do not claim that no third party processes data.
Cookies and analytics
Version one does not add marketing pixels or analytics scripts. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
Retention and rights
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to quote, deliver, and meet legal duties. Contact hello@srmstudios.org to ask about access or deletion once that inbox is verified.
